Accommodation Details

Step into the cosy lounge. The lounge has a two-seater sofa and two comfy chairs with a log burner in an exposed brickwork fireplace (first basket of logs provided). The beamed ceiling gives character and the room has a lovely cosy, homely feel.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide all the essentials for comfortable self-catering. The fully fitted-kitchen includes

  • All crockery, cutlery, serving dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils, placemats and coasters
  • All items for cooking – sieves, baking tins, scales, mixing bowls
  • Large saucepans, frying pan, casserole dishes
  • Fridge/freezer
  • Washer /Dryer
  • Dining table and chairs

Get a mid-morning coffee or soak up the sunshine in the small sunny conservatory. It has a table and chairs. The large cupboard provides a home for the vacuum, mop, and bucket. This space offers lockable space for any cycle.

Retreat to the beautifully appointed bedrooms, where comfort meets style. Both the double and twin bedrooms are beautifully fitted and furnished with co co-ordinating curtains and lamps. A wardrobe and bedside table with drawers is provided. There is a hairdryer in one of the bedrooms.

Freshen up in the three-piece bathroom suite, complete with a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. Essential toiletries and quality towels are provided for your comfort.

Outside, the landscaped gardens beckon you to unwind and reconnect with nature. The gardens are beautifully landscaped, and there is an alfresco dining area and a path to sit by the pond. Additional seating allows you to catch the sun at the top of the garden. The Hot Tub sits in its own secluded spot. There is off-road parking for 2 cars.

Plus, with free Wi-Fi and central heating throughout, you will feel right at home during your Derbyshire getaway.
