A recently modernised cottage with style and comfort in mind providing open plan living but with that home from home feeling. Countryside views from the windows and its own spacious garden. There is a patio area to the rear of the property accessed from double doors from the kitchen through dining room and a further patio area at the side of the front door where the hot tub is located. Both are sun traps at differing times of day.
We offer weeks, longer short breaks, weekends and mid week stays. Our preferred change over day is Friday.

Whether its gourmet cuisine or a quick snack everything you need is at your fingertips.The large yew wood table provides plenty of space for everyone to dine together at parties or for those more intimate evenings.

- All items for baking are included - sieves, baking tins, scales and mixing bowls.

Lounge
The lounge is a lovely large room which lets in tons of light from the large windows at both ends. There is ample seating on the two large sofas so put your feet up, relax and enjoy whilst you watch the smart TV after that long day out. Yew wood furniture completes the room.
The Bedrooms
All 3 bedrooms are beautifully fitted and furnished with top quality Dorma Bed linen, colour co-ordinating curtains towels and lamps. Each room has its own suite of furniture to tone with the room. A hair dryer is provided.
The Bathroom
There is a bath, sink, WC and separate shower, heated towel rail and shaving socket.
The Drive, Garden & Hot Tub
There is plenty of room for parking.
There are two patio areas, one for sitting and dining, the other for relaxing in the 6-seater hot tub.
Plenty of room in the adjacent orchard for the kids to run around and let off steam.
