the new garden

over the winter we have been busy on our new garden. It is now taking shape and we have 2 months to go before opening for NGS

    longfordhall farm holiday cottages
    Busy digging the pond
    Filling with water
    Lots to do before spring
    Silver birch trees have arrived and fastened in for winter
    Stumpery underway
    Some planting has survived all those frosts! Still a lot of plants to find
    April has been so dry we are having to water
    Weather cold but sunny
      The pontoon has arrived and the structure is in
      Will be good when we can sit here
      Time for a brew
      Re erecting the fence
      Finishing the edging to the drive
      New grass border planting
      ?welcome to the desert !!we actually need some rain
